Dissappointed at Loftus Park, amazed with Moreletta Corner

I am giving an average score because I went to two branches and had vastly different experiences.

I went to your branch in Loftus Park. I was looking at items in the front when one of your staff members walked past. I greeted her, and she greeted me. I then saw the Fleece Pul*****s I was looking for, except they were at the very top of the wall and needed that pole to get them down. I went to this staff member whom until now, we had a pleasant exchange and asked her if she was busy or if she could please help me with taking two items down from the wall? She didn't make eye contact with me, mumbled and stormed off. So me I left.

I went to your branch in Moreletta Corner, completely different experience. I went to the cashiers and asked them for help, they came to help me (patiently and kindly I might add), they also asked me if I was buying anything specific or looking for something specific, and they ended up upselling me to buy a couple of more items. They were attentive, smiling, kind and you know what, they treated me like I was there, whereas at the other branch, it was utterly disappointing. Loftus Park Pick n Pay, you need to step up your game; your customer service has severely deteriorated over the past few months, especially when compared to your peers.
