Dissappointed

My name is Bomolemo Primrose Ditshetelo. My mother passed away last year August, its 7 months now I am struggling with pick n pay to get my Mothers pension fund, I am being assisted by a lady Suzelle Edwards, who she is for ever not in the office, and never responds to e-mails. Up to today we don't know were we are standing. As a single parent she was, her kids need those funds even if its R5 we are entitled to it. We need to go to school. I am on a point that I don't know what to do anymore, I cannot afford a lawyer, I don't know what to do or where to go... A word or assistance could mean everything to us.
