Dissapointing, very bad service

Every month when coming to Pick n Pay Ottery Hypermarket for my monthly withdrawals or even on a daily basis, this very big Business opens up at 9am. I am literally standing in a queue waiting for them to open at 9am in the month of December I might add. I feel that for such a massive institution that they should at least for the month of December open their doors an hour or let alone an half an hour earlier. It is ridiculous for such a Business as big as Pick n Pay Ottery Hypermarket to stick to normal opening times in the month of December. Really now! This is very bad, disappointing service.
