Dissapointing

Yesterday someone helped me out with nappies and some food for is to eat hence I didn't have money they then did it on the app and the driver came first time dropped it off by the wrong customer second time she ordered again driver came hence I needed those things he stopped by the wrong address I gave him the live location on whtsapp he then kept saying he got it I waited and waited he then turned around where he got lost and cancelled my order my baby had to go sleep with nappies and is still without it .

I tried calling him even told him that we need the items he ignored the calls and took stuff back

This is really wrong how can he not knw where to drop of goods when he was given the adress.
