Dissapointed in the lack of service and delivery for online orders through pick n pay ASAP!!!

bi placed an order through pick n pay asap round about 2:30pm. the app stated my order will be delivered round about 4:00pm - 4:30pm. it has been 2h30 and the app still says someone will start shopping your order soon. this is really pathetic service as it seems that they not even caring that i placed an order. emailed support no help. Phoned the help number displayed and just as i was going to give my order number to find out what is happening they drop the call. this is suppose to be a service that makes shopping more convenient instead it turns to be more problamatic with no support to ease the proccess. you are a big company in south africa but it seems like you can't communicate intergrity when it comes to situations like this. i will not use your services again and will be telling everyone i know that your service sucks. this is now the 2nd time me ordering takes forever to arrive. this was my last order from you guys really dissapointenyt in the service and the lack of support given from your end pick n pay
