Dissapointed at pick n pay festival mall

I bought pap which i found maize meal inside. This has happened on several occasions, it was not the first time. I then bought salad which i found that it was rotten. This is disappointing really, for a big retail store like pick n pay to flop like this.

Please know that you are cooking for people and not animals. I took out my own money to buy pap only to find maize meal inside, horrible experience i must say. I'm so dissapointed and hurt because i paid for that pap, didn't get it for free.

Pick n pay management please encourage your staff to be more passionate when they prepare food, is like they being forced to cook food. You going to loose customers if you continue with this.

I'm very disgusted.
