Dissapointed and unsatisfied

I am a loyal customer at pick n pay moruleng for years but the service I'm getting is horrible.I bought a iron and experienced problems with it upon returning it I was told to go home and clean it then return it of which I should use R60 transport money again this is inconviencing me.The branch manager had a very bad attitude saying I can complain he doesn't care.
