Disrespectful treatment to elderly customer

Pick A Pay Hyper Pharmacy - Faerie Glen: My father (85) has been a customer there for years. 2 Weeks ago he went to collect his medicine and when he came home saw that they dispensed 40 x tablets short (which was paid for already) . When he went there to question it they had issues saying he must get a new script - (they have his script) and had a ****y attitude. The lady who made the mistake said she would pay for it he then said - but I paid for it! Is this the way they are treating the elderly besides that they are *****ing from customers. In this time with Covid they should have corrected it when he phoned them and delivered it, not expecting an elderly person to have to get into their car and go there only to be treated like ****.
