DISRESPECTFUL MANAGER AT PICK 'N PAY HYPERMARKET WOODMEAD

On the 19th November 2021, I went to Pick 'n Pay Hypermarket in Woodmead. After finishing my shopping I noticed there were long queues at the tills and as per usual only about five tills were open. After waiting in a queue for 15 minutes with three people still in front of me I was told that they would be closing the till and I must go to another till. I went to the Manager Scott Peterson to ask him to please open up more tills. He was very arrogant to me and his reply was: "That is what I am trying to do." I then asked him how long it would take and his reply was: "Ma'am, I don't have time to have a conversation with you." I then rep**** to him that I would just like to know how long it would take five or ten minutes? His reply was: "Ten minutes" and he abruptly walked away from me. This is unacceptable behavior from a manager. As the customer I expect to be treated with respect.
