DISRESPECTFUL & LYING EMPLOYEE

When very politely asked to moved out of the way, Nonhlanla gave me a dirty look and shifted very slightly, still making it impossible for me to get to the Smart shopper kiosk. I again asked her politely to move and she refused, gave me another death stare. She then with a bad attitude asked what I wanted, I rep**** 'nothing, I am trying to get to the kiosk'. I asked her what her name was, she rep**** 'Susan' - lie!!! I called over the Manager to get her to get this creature to move out my way, whilst telling the manager what happened Nonhlanla started arguing with me very loudly, making as if she had been trying to assist me. All the time she stood pulling her smug mouth at me and rolling her eyes.<br> <br> Apparently this employee is a problem, many complaints against her and she is already on probation because of her bad customer treatment. This is disgusting, I will not be treated like that in a store I spend allot of money at. I pay that thing's salary and if she doesn't want to treat me with respect she must leave and allow someone else to work in her place, someone more deserving and respectful.<br> <br> If something isn't done about this female I am going to take this matter further.
