Disrespectful employee and failure by Store Manager

Had the most horrible experience today the the Cavendish store that followed yesterday and another prior experience by the same assistant.

I came to buy and boerewors roll as I regularly have done the past few weeks but keep being treated with disrespect by the young black lady assisting there.

Yesterday I had a bad experience and the store Manager came over then after I expressed my complaint said she would deal woth the matter.Today being the very next day it was even worse.Ghisbis a clear indication she didn't deal woth ghe matter.

I was also charged for fervently to the other clients who paid less than me and the trainee manager said she would fix it but didn't and so much of my time was wasted.

I don't feel that j deserve to constantly be dealt with in this manner even after i have complained.
