Disrespectful cashier at Pick n Pay Cornubia Mall

I went to Pick n Pay at Cornubia Mall and experienced horrible service from a cashier. The customer before me had many items and noticed that i had 1 frozen item and had told me that i can go before her so i said thank you and went by however the cashier begun scanning items already which is not the problem.

I waited and stood until she paid and then the customer after me shoves his items toward the cashier and then the cashier starts scanning his items. The cashier ignored me and never issued any apology or reason for her actions before, during, nor after scanning my item.

I am not one for making something possibly innocent an issue of ****** however in this instance i cannot help but get a slight feeling of it as the gentleman after me and the cashier are of the same race (and me not being of the same race) but i prefer to emphasize getting no apology for offending a customer.

I have no care for whether the cashier involved is punished or not but i just want to point out distasteful customer service. Which is a shame as i have never experienced this at other branches of Pick n Pay and never expected it from one of biggest names in the country. Maybe i'll have to do my shopping at a different brand of market. I hope for the greater good that Pick n Pay instructs the cashiers to have more care with customers waiting in a line.
