Disrespectful cashier at pick and pay

Cashier Innocentia at the east rand mall pick and pay branch deliberately ignored me after I asked her to please check whether there is a whole in the 2kg sugar packet, she ignored me bluntly. I asked her several times after my gran got a chance to go through and check the packet, she then shouted at me telling me I have an attitude because I got annoyed at the fact that she never checked the sugar packet, how do I have an attitude when she's the one who deliberately ignores me, she continues shouting me in Afrikaans and just didn't back down until my gran had to ask her to please calm down. It felt like I was the employee and she was my customer. She is rude and unhelpful, very ***********!
