Disrespectful behavior

This is a cause for concern. The cashiers at Pick n Pay Vryheid are very rude. My reasons are; they talk to each other whilst their serve us as customer. Some of their discussions are private or rather personal. They don't even greet. Several times I went to Pick n Pay and I find myself having to greet them first while they busy chatting. The packers and cashiers having their own private conversations and total disregard of the customer. I won't mention names but I think it best the management discuss this behavior during the staff meeting. Yesterday at the till the cashier that was helping me was discussing contraceptives with the packer. I lost the slip, I was going to mention her name. I find that conversation to be inappropriate in front of the customer. I ask the management to reprimand this behavior, I might be the first one to lay a complaint but please restore discipline in your store.
