Disrespectful arrogant staff and despicable service

Extremely disgusted with the service picka ND pay ASAP. I ordered my goods and the times continued to change until I had to call to find out what is going on to find out the shop is closed and no drivers. The lady that answered the phone picked up the call and clearly has no etiquette! she was laughing as she answered??? Then I proceeded to tell her about the problem and clearly she showed no empathy and this is unacceptable. She then ended the conversation with the colleagues laughing at my call thinking it very funny that I have an issue absolutely disgusting and she said she has heard enough and she going to cut the call. She should be fired as she *********** to do her job. The entire app and service received is totally unacceptable and no one should use this service or even shop at pic and pay anms they only care about the bottom line and not their clients. DON'T SHOP THERE!!!
