Disrespectful & Appalling behaviour
I went to Pick n Pay in Boksburg (Ravenwood) most of the staff in the store are usually friendly, however i have noticed that there are a couple of them who treat customers "differently" yesterday a lady by the name of Mpumi/Mbali i forgot which name it is between the two. i went to her till and it looked like she & her colleague were switching from the till, instead of her letting me know that she's moving & is should wait for the next teller to assist me, she lets me stand there while she clears he till & walks away. The lady she was switching with her then asked her why did you just walk away from the customer like that, she proceeds to walk away and ignores her which was disgusting & disrespectful.
This kind of behaviour is very common amongst black women tellers towards other black people. I know for a FACT she wouldn't have done that to a white person, everyone should be treated with respect regardless of their skin colour or age. its an unacceptable behaviour and i don't believe that is what they are being taught during their training. I want an apology from her appalling behaviour .
