Disrespectful and ****** Cashier
I'm very uhappy with the service I received from one of your stores (Promenade mall).
I requested to withdraw money the cashier informed me that she won't be able to help as she doesn't have enough funds, fine I asked if can't she ask someone else to assist she rep**** "Wait wait wait" with a bad attitude, I told her i dont like the way she just spoke with me, she then spoke (Afrikaans) with the packer about me as I could read from her body language.
She threw my stuff to the packer, I felt disrespected as I could sense that its a race issue because she could have just told me that she does not want to assist me.
I should be informed if pick'n Pay is only for Afrikaans speaking people so that I may inform other black people about the requirement. the incident took place at the Promenade mall 29March 2019 name of the cashier:FERNLEY DAVIDS
