Disrespectful and bad service from pick n pay clothing manager 😭😭😭manager

I went to pick n pay clothing at Morning Glen mall today (03/02/2025) at around 12pm. I had two clientele vouchers for R100 each, I wanted to pay with them. A cashier with a name of Onodwa was assisting me. She entered the first voucher and it was successful and the second voucher declined. She tried several times until she called her floor manager with the name of Thabang to assist. Thabang said I MUST pay with cash because the second voucher is declining or I must give him another voucher or else he will void everything and once he void my voucher that was successfully entered on their till I will loose it because it will say that it has been already redeemed. I told him that I don't have money I only those vouchers. He said he will void everything then I loose my voucher and if I have any problem with that I can call their help desk to log a complain.

Thabang was very rude and he was not willing to help me. I asked him on what is the solution because I don't want to lose my voucher. He shouted at me and he said: "I Will not repeat myself many times can you move from the till we want to help other customers". I moved and stand aside. Thabang left and Onodwa assisted those customers. When she is done I went back to her and I asked her on what should I do because they said I lost my voucher to pick n pay but there is no pick n pay goods that I got, it means I just brought My voucher and gave to pick n pay for free. I told her that I will not leave the shop until I get the solution. The other cashier with the name of Mosuwe asked me what is happening and I explained to her. She apologize to me for any inconvenience and she offered to help me, by that time her manager is far from us and he didn't even care... I was very hurt by this *********** manager, he bul**** me and I feel that it was a definition of character because he told me that I don't listen it seems like I'm not mentally well because he has been repeating same thing but I don't listen.

I told Thabang that I want to report him to hello peter and he said 'run and report my name is Thabang neh'... I told him told him that I want to see his superior and he said unfortunately I am the one in charge here.

Thabang has no respect and he is not fit for this position because the cashier Mosuwe is far better than him because she assisted me with all my vouchers and I didn't lose any of them I bought with all of them and I'm happy with her service.

But for the floor manager Thabang he ruined my day. I cried a lot because he cannot speak to a customer anyhow, respect is needed to everyone.
