Disrespectful

I visited your store in Rosebank mall on the 20th September 2022 around 11:36

The treatment I got from a cashier by the name Lungisa , she was very rude towards me , I didn’t not see that there was a signed written closed as I was on my phone

She told me how stupid am I can’t I see the signage that this toll is closed and also I am disturbing her she is counting money , as I walked away to the next till without saying anything to her she kept on telling the lady that was next to her how stupid and ******** I am , honestly speaking I kept my calm and went straight to the manger to tell him what just happened , he rep**** that he heard the lady saying the till is closed ! I asked did you hear how rude she was and how she said so many inappropriate things to me ? The manger looked at me as if I am crazy , didn’t even try to apologies or call the cashier in to order I walked out and left .

I am a manger self and I know how important the customer is .

She might have been frustrated by counting that cash but that gave her no right to call me stupid
