Disrespected by the manager

I received a call from Connie (from pick 'n pay maponya mall) asking me to come to the shop regarding my complaint. When I got there she didn't even remember who I was, I had to explain myself again and I gave her the gynagaurds I bought. Her manner of approach was really bad as she took the gynagaurds and asked "why I used one" when I stated in my complain that I was using the product until I started reacting from it. When I went back to check the expiry date the product expired February 2020 when I bought the product January this year (2021). She said that I said I was sorted with the milk when I stated exactly what my problem was with the milk. She argued with my husband when he was trying to explain to her. My husband was disrespected and called rude by Connie. She asked why I came with him because the situation was between women, I don't get where that was coming from because my husband was not even fighting or disrespectful towards her. He had every right to be involved especially if it is his money that was paying for those products. I don't get why she would call me to come to the shop just to escalate the situation and make the problem even worse than it was. I am literally 1 minute away from pick 'n pay and I honestly do not mind driving 45min to go to the other shops. If she wud check both our smartshoppers and see how much money we spend on groceries and sometimes we don't even use those smartshoppers. I feel I was called back to me humiliated even worse in front of other customers. That lady needs to go on workshop for customer service, the service she gave us was stinking and I never want to hear from her ever again.
