Disregard for CPA

Good Afternoon

I just want to inform you that your branch in Uitenhage (Penford) don't comply with Cosumer Protection Act.

I returned a kettle that I bought on 29 May. The kettle leaked. It was tested in store and confirmed.

They refused to refund me. They said only after my 3rd issue with the product can I have a refund.

They insisted that I can only have a replacement. Only after they discovered they don't have stock of the same product I was allowed a refund.

Due to my last experience I don't plan on shopping with you anymore.
