dispute over tiger brand coupon

A month ago i bought an Oros from the shop and found a dead insect while .It was still sealed so I reported the matter to Tiger Brands . The Oros was collected and i was compensated with coupons to the value of R250.00<br> <br> To my disappointment the coupons are printed R10 off redeemable per pack on any beverage mentioned on the voucher however when i got to the store the supervisor confidently denied me to use the coupons and advised me that it was R10 OFF FOR EVERY PURCHASE.As shocking and as ridiculous it sounds it means i must make 250 PURCHASES and use 1 coupon for each purchase ......<br> <br> Whats more funny is 2 weeks ago i went to the same store and used 10 coupons on 1 transactions and i was helped by a different supervisor .SO NOW whats the actual process that needs to followed here .SOMEONE EXPLAIN...I eagerly await for a reply
