Dismayed with a promo code that was offered and revoked without placing my 1st order

I recently decided to try Pick n Pay ASAP. They offered me a R100 discount for my first order and gave me apple andpromo code. I placed my order with my promo code TAPTAPNOW100. Unfortunately I was not fami**** with this app and took too long to verify. Pick n Pay ASAP cancelled my order. I tried to place my order again just to find that my discount was no longer valid. I was not happy as I never placed an order and my second attempt was still my 1st order. Why offer a discount if you cannot follow through with it. They cancelled my order not me and yet I continued trying to order which took me awhile. My discount had been revoked. This experience dismayed from ordering groceries online.
