Dismal Service from Pick n Pay Northgate

A few days ago I reviewed the dismal service received from the Nothgate Hyper. I received a message from Hello Peter stating that Pick n Pay will contact me privately. Once again Pick n Pay shows they have no regard for customers. No one has contacted me telephonically.
