Dismal customer service

I purchased a fitted single electric blanket in July. Just over a month later I had to return it for repairs/replacement. Today when I went to collect the new one, the gentleman by name of Calvin was paged twice and never responded to either calls. Eventually a manager was called on my request to assist. I only make use if this store if there is something I specifically (normally an electrical product) need, if it is cheaper than one of the other opposition stores. It is the most unorganised store, with the unfriendliest staff, who will stand and scream at each other from one point of the store to the other. I will rather carry on supporting the opposition with the green scooters.
