Dismal attention to a complaint
Here is the saga which was reported to them I got assessment from a laundry as to whether the oil would be removed and they wouldn't offer a guarantee. Trying to communicate with PnP is pointless and no follow up or resolution effort from them. I am not going to waste my time going backwards and forwards to a laundry to resolve this when they are clearly at fault!
I responded to them that I was unhappy but that didn't elicit any response. Dismal service!
Good morning There was oil on a tile at Fourways Crossing on Saturday afternoon.at approximately 14:30. I was carrying items in my hand and fell due to the oil spilling what I had in my hand. I fell hard but it seems so far that there has been no serious damage to my coccyx and elbow. I brought the issue to the attention of Benji the branch manager who apologised. In the meantime when I got home I realise I have an oil-stained pair of pants. If the stains don't come out I expect PnP to replace them. Here are the pictures of when I came home as I obviously couldn't see the extent of the stains until then. I didn't take a picture of the offending oil spill being in a bit of shock after my fall. A most unsatisfactory experience!

This generated no response when I told them I'm not satisfied. A lady Lorraine Rahube called me but when you try to call you back you just get a run around a call centre.
