Dishonesty at Pick n Pay and it gets swept under the carpet ****erally)

I shopped at Pick n Pay Hypermarket on William Moffat in Port Elizabeth. My Shoppers card which had quite a bit of money on it was kept by a staff member and when I phoned in they said that I could collect it when I next come into the store and that my points (money) would be safe. When I eventually did go in I discovered that the staff member used up all of my points and even after I tried to get this resolved by the branch manager who ignored my email and then also customer care who blatantly ignored the issue. I am totally disgusted by the dishonesty of the staff and the unwillingness of Pick n Pay to sort out their client's issues. NEVER ever again will I support this shop or the Pick n Pay Newton Park branch as the staff treats their clients as if they are doing them a favor. There are multiple numbers of other stores where I now go to and trust me I get good service as I tell them what appaling services the Pick n Pay dish out to their clients.
