Dishonesty at pick n pay

<p>I bought some goods at pick n pay Bramfontain using my master card from standard bank my card diclined but they took my money .I told them about it ,they requested me to bring a bank statement as proof that the money was not returned to my account I did that .they asked me to call standard bank I did that they said they will return the money in3 to 5 days but its 2 weeks now .when I call they tell me stories and I have wasted alot of money trying to resolve this.I dont know how that is my problem to be calling the bank when they know they took my miney from my account</p>
