Dishonest Pick a Pay Hypermarket in Faerie Glen

On 26 November I went to Pick a Pay Hypermarket in Faerie Glen, Pretoria and bought the specials that were advertised. On my arrival at home I checked the till slip and saw that I paid the regular prices for everything! Today I went back and it was a mission to be refunded. I went to customer enquiries and the person on duty was not helpful at all, argued that I bought decaf coffee, although the till slip is misleading as it reads "deca" which could be decaf or decadent, I bought Nescafe Cappucino. Then they had to consult one of the adverti*****ts to check the prices, work it out on a piece of paper with a calculator on a cell phone. I asked why this happened and the very unfriendly answer I got was because the system is off. "Interestingly" this is not the first time this happened at this hypermarket when I do my specials shopping. The system is always "off". I asked why don't they warn the shoppers and I was told that they did. I told them this is nonsense, I was there and not once was an announcement made. So they are lying as well. Pick a Pay Hypermarket in Faerie Glen is dishonest with their prices in that they misrepresent special prices to what the customer actually pays at the till, in the alternative they pretend to have special prices but let customers pay the regular price without warning or informing them of their intention of not letting customers pay the special prices as advertised in the media.
