Disgusting unhygenic pathethic service

I am disgusted in how you send products to customers and this is not the first time.

Crates were dirty as chemicals were leaking and my ice cream lid totally broken and you still send that to me???

It is totally unacceptable how you disrespect customers, I pay for my delivery and expect you to send me stuff I don't have to return. I expect the crates to be clean

I still wait for my credit as you deducted full account

I will report this *********** service to head office and NCR and every platform I can

Hygiene and respect for my groceries should be your top priority and this now happen more frequently

I want my credit and answers why I get damaged products.

I want my money refunded for product returned within 24 hours
