Disgusting Treatment at Pick 'n Pay Princes Crossing in Gauteng

On Saturday 21st Aug 2021, myself, my wife and 3yr old son went shopping at Pick 'n Pay Princes Crossing. We were simply there to buy an iron, nothing too complicated one would think. Unfortunately, what should have been a simple shopping experience turned into the worse treatment I have ever experienced in my life as a customer. After having purchased & paid for a R250 iron, we were accosted by a lady at the till point, who refused to explain herself & simply told us to 'come with me". Myself, my wife, & a 3yr old child were made to feel like ********* , being shunted from one place to another while staff "checked something". After repeatedly asking what was going on, with no one willing to explain what was happening, the security lady & another security man named Johann very rudely said, "we'll explain now". What we were eventually told was that the store had a problem with the stock which needed to be checked, yet me & my family we treated like *********!

I am utterly disgusted by the treatment we received & hope I will get a call to clarify this, otherwise I will continue to post my disgust on other social media platforms.
