Disgusting Sushi and Specials Advertised Not Available

Bought Sushi and a Crabstick Salad at your Tokai store. Salad had no Crabsticks in was just inedible coleslaw and the Salmon was Mushy and rice clammy. Very disappointed as I have bought there before. I'm supporting a local business yet I get food that is inedible. Also specials which are advertised are never available. Besides trying to get good Sushi I went in for a few advertised specials just to be disappointed that the stock is never available. It's the 3rd time now in a space of 3 months Friendly Staff but the lack management is not up to stamdard
