Disgusting Store

On the 25th of June I went to Irene Mall Centurion to do some groceries late just before 7PM went I get to my car I noticed that the sugar pack was torn and sugar was coming out so I quickly run to the store only to find out the store is closed, I then went to Pick 'n Pay Kempton Square Mall to change the item only to be told by the supervisor that I cannot changed it because it was a damage and it did't happen at the store so I must go back where I bought it, I called customer care and spoke to Brandon who advised me to wait he will sort it out, I waited for his call an hour and he never called me till today, I just want to let you know that your service is very bad and disgusting because I am now sitting here with the sugar that Pick N Pay refused to change it for me which I don't understand why I stay in Benoni and imagine me driving back to Irene Mall in Centurion just to one item while there is Pick N Pay all over South Africa, I am actually annoyed of how I was treated by your *********** staff with no shame of making me return with the item home
