Disgusting staff and security deny hand sanitiser to customers

Amidst this awful corona pandemic, all stores are trying to keep up with santising and taking all precautions to keep customers safe. PicknPay too is taking measures to limit the flow of people in their store. However, I am appalled by their staff and their security!!! Firstly, if you bring your own plastic bags, they disinfect it thoroughly by spraying it all over with I don't know what harmful substances!!! And yet they don't spray their own bags, though they are also handling it. I boil all my packets and wash them thoroughly and leave in the sunlight to **** any germs. I don't mind them spraying it but be uniform please because the harsh detergents you used affected all my rolls and made my tummy run. It also left my medication wet and soggy. But MORE importantly, I am very upset because the guard refused to give me wife (look at the footage please) sanitiser to apply on her hands. I was still getting the pegs to put into the container, while she put her hands out to sanitise, since we touched many objects in the store. He refused to give her a whiff of the sanitiser!!! We are over 60 years old. He refused to give his name and asked my wife for hers instead. He finally said his name was Kalaguhle Mpili, after my wife told him her name, but I'm not sure if he was talking the truth. It was 3.15pm so you can view your footage and see how he behaved! This is totally unacceptable because other stores have sanitisers kept all over for our own use whenever we feel the need to sanitise. I hope that management takes my concerns seriously and gets back to me urgently, because I don't feel safe or comfortable shopping here when we are treated like dirt. Your staff (packers) and security must be sensitive. Why does this bully have to fight with my wife and why does she have to beg for a tiny whiff of the sanitiser? I am so upset and outraged by the behaviour of both your staff. I know security is outsourced so don't tell me what I know, but you DO have control over how they treat clients!!!
