Disgusting Service...no customer service

I placed an order on PnP asap on Sat (15 Dec 2023) , its been 2 days later and no order received. At first my daughter was told the delivery was made on Saturday from Sanridge (Midrand)..no such order arrived..on the app it stated the order was delivered so we were of the understanding that it was delivered to the wrong address. Then we queried with Cust Serv who told us the order was delivered from Blue Hills (Midrand)..once again loading airtime..Customer Serv then tells us it was from the Mall of Africa..Spoke to numerous managers at MoA..all they can do is apologize but nothing is being done..I order a 6 pack of milk. The item goes thro on the order.. then they remove it after the fact and credit me..Dale the Dispatch Manager at Cust Serv calls and promises to get the order delivered and ensures he speaks to the delivery guy when he is outside my gate..no such thing happens. So 10 mins ago I get a sms to say that the order was canceled. On whose authority I have no order..an order placed and paid for was canceled . Pks note I am a paraplegic on a wheelchair and quite immobile to even go to the shops in this busy period. PnP has made ordering groceries extremely stressful. Close down PnP MoA...or send ure staff for customer training.
