Disgusting service Recieved at Pick and Pay Morning Side cashier THABANG

Good day

I was just at Pick and pay morning side today. (04/06/23) and honestly I have never been so disrespected in my entire life. I was served a cashier named THABANG. I'm disgusted by her manner of approach and I know for a fact that the shop is lovely place to shop at as I am there everyday of the week. She firstly speaks to me in a language that I don't understand, claims to have asked for my smart shopper which is am essential part of shopping and a plastic bag goes ahead to process my transaction without me giving her those two things then gives me a sticking attitude telling me that I was talking when she asked. The body languages through this entire odeal was just disgusting. I then inform her that I'm unhappy with the way she has handled the transaction to my surprise she continues to give me attitude. I go to say maybe we should call her manager for help she continues to disrespectfully say to me her manger is at the back of the store we can call her. Then she disrespectfully calls the next customer while I'm trying to talk to her. I am honestly disgusted by her behavior demand a apology from her and way forward on how this will be prevented from happening again to me or any other customer because it's not acceptable!!
