Disgusting service received

My order was delayed only to be received the following day, making the experience unpleasant. The lack of professionalism and attention to detail was evident, leaving me dissatisfied and frustrated with two of my items not being included, without a refund. I contacted customer service multiple times, but their response was very slow and unhelpful. They failed to address my concerns or provide a satisfactory resolution. This experience has left me questioning the reliability of their service and whether I can trust them with future orders.
