DISGUSTING SERVICE PNP ASAP ROSEMEAD AVENUE, CAPE TOWN

Disappointed in the service received from Pick N Pay ASAP Rosemead, Cape Town. i placed an order on Monday 8 July at 15:56 which they accepted, my order was never delivered that day after numerous calls and mails still didnt get my parcel i only received it today Tuesday 9 July at 9 am, the things i ordered was way in advance for them to deliver it and it was stuff i needed for the kids lunch, i am disappointed, will be deleting the app of them and no longer purchase from them, they should have called me and apologised for the inconvenience they caused as why accept my order and you cannot deliver. i order before 4pm and didnt expect them not to deliver my good.
