DISGUSTING SERVICE PNP

Bad? No worse pathetic. That is PNP Dihlabeng Mall in Bethlehem. They don’t deliver any customer service and makes one feel like a *****. On 31/07/2019 I wanted to bought a box of Nescafe cuppuccino and because it is advertise at PNP as R39.99. On the “sticker”/special card it say “Nescafe cuppuccino Assorted” however at the till it was scanned as R49.99 and I said to the cashier “no it’s not the correct price” after which she called someone by the name of Maggie or something like that. The person, after waiting for a long time come over and told me in front of other customers, “Mam come walk with me” I’m not a ***** no need to speak to me like I’m one. At the shelf she makes me feel like an idiot and said the box I took is not cuppuccino, nowhere on the box it say cuppuccino and is not included in the special, but on the price ticket on the shelf their description say Nescafe cupp ….. so now I wonder how is it not part of the special. After a long fight I ask the cashier to return it, I’m not going to take it. I work at a retail store and my manager in such a case would say give it to customer at the lower price, rather loose R10.00 than a customer. Dihlabeng Mall PNP just lost a customer, luckily there is a lot of other supermarkets I can buy from. Disgusting service PNP Dihlabeng Mall, Bethlehem.
