DIsgusting service Pick n Pay

They are disgraceful as a company who couldn't care less about their customers my granddaughter purchased something online in April was supposed to be delivered it never ever turned up after several emails and phone calls they returned her money on the 14th July with just a oh sorry. They should of at least offered the goods for free and refunded her as it was under R200 which is nothing for them I have had problems with pick n pay before NOT AT ALL IMPRESSED WITH THEM AS A COMPANY other retail stores at least offer some sort of recompense just for all the inconvenience etc
