Disgusting service or actually none at all

Good evening,

I would just like to bring to your attention of the most disgusting service I received at your Lemon tree store...... I went to your Pizza and pie counter wanting to order a pizza. When I got the the gentleman behind the counter was serving someone so I waited until he was done expecting to get served next,this man blatantly ignored me and proceeded to serve a customer that had arrived after me. I left it, I didn't say anything until another customer arrived and he proceeded to serve that customer completely ignoring the fact that I was waiting to be served. I said to him, can you not see I have been waiting to order and he says to me oh its the customer's fault that they came in front of me which was definitely not the case. I proceeded to call a manager only for me to do all the talking to this man while the manager stood there quiet. I asked the gentleman behind the counter why he did that and he just said sorry. He had no excuse for what he did and nothing was done about this. I did my shopping every month at that store since it had opened but now I will never step foot in that store again.
