Disgusting Service not once, not twice

I went to the pick 'n pay on Wednesday 12th Aug to order Donuts and Cupcakes, a concise message was taken with my details on. I required the cupcakes for Thurday 13th for my twin girls to take to school for their birthday on Friday.I arrive on Thursday at 5:30pm for them to tell me the order wasn't given in. I waited 30 minutes for them to then tell me they don't bake those particular cupcakes. I said I would like a solution not a problem, I then waited another 30 minutes for them to get the codes in order for me to pay for the cupcakes and the donuts upfront. The solution was Erlington was going to find the 6 x trays of vanilla and caramel cupcakes and have them delivered before 11am to the school. I wrote the school address down for them. I call this morning, Friday 14th when they are supposed to deliver at 9:30am, the lady who answered said she has the order and it will be delivered NOW. I receive a call at 11:30am from the driver saying where is Bryanston High School. I had written Bryanston Primary School. After being very angry the driver put the phone down in my ear. I call back and the lady who answered couldn't understand what I was saying, there is more but no space.
