Disgusting service Gateway Pick n Pay Clothing

I had the most disgusting experience at your Gateway clothing store this evening. I Bought a number of items and 1 of them being 2 tights for R80. At the till the items scanned for R49.99 each, when i told the cashier - Michael the correct price he ignored me. Then he starting talking to another cashier in zulu and when i asked again he said it will come off at the end. Well it didnt, and i had already paid. When i asked for the till slip, he shoved it in the packet, i took it out and told him that the discount on tights did not come off but he insisted that the shorts special is the tights. He then starts to unpack my entire packet flinging the clothes around. Then i asked him what is your problem, while doing the sale you should have checked when i told you, now i need to waste my time here because of this. He then starts arguing with me, saying he is just the cashier he doesnt need to know the price of the clothes...he goes on and on. Even with the supervisor and his colleague telling him to keep quiet he still continues passing remarks, his supervisor then tells him this is your customer keep quiet, and he responds so what! He is the most arrogant piece of work that i have ever met, the queue of clients standing behind me and was horrified with his behaviour. One lady even told him that my child is watching him and asking why is he fighting with us. That did not deter him. How many other clients is he doing this to! Absolutely unacceptable behaviour for frontline staff, there was no apology even though he did the wrong thing. He kept on saying he doesnt need to know the prices of the clothes he is just the cashier. How does Pick n Pay hire people like this? I will make sure that I share my experience with all my family and friends.
