Disgusting service from PNP expired food once again!!!!!!!

PNP Westwood mall durban - on the 2/08/21 I reported an experience with PNP online i received the items from pnp Westwood mall in durban, I requested head office management to contact me as I had this experience with pnp selling expired goods multiple times previously and they know about this! Below us 1 of the follow up emails I sent to them again:- Until date i didn't get a call from customer service management please note that I wish to discuss this matter urgently and I wish to take this matter up with consumer watch as this is unacceptable further to this i got your expired loaf of bread still in my possession i've got to keep it in my home with my things keep in mind it is going to rot further as it is a perishable item this is absolutely not the first time that you guys had stocked up on expired products as I found more proof of previous complaint to PNP as I was browsing my mails for to find Aluta's email.

I am not sure if I am a valued customer or not as it seems like my issue is going on deaf ear!!!
