Disgusting service from Pick n Pay- Refund

On the 25th of November 2022 I placed an order on Pick n Pay ASAP. Due to it being black Friday the order was cancelled and the money was placed in my wallet on ASAP. On the 26th of November I requested that the money be transferred back into my bank account. After 18 calls and 15 emails they only processed the request on the 12th of December 2022. I have confirmed my bank account numerous times over the phone and via email with my bank statements attached to proof that I have not received my refund. Every time I call and ask to speak to the manager they are always in a "meeting". My refund is still not reflecting in my bank account after expediting it numerous times and marking it urgent. This has been the worst and most disgusting treatment and service I have ever received just to get my own money back. There is always an excuse as to why my money is not reflecting and I have to always hear it will be expedited and sent through as urgent to the finance department and then its a waiting game all over again. I will be sharing this bad and disgusting experience until I get my money back.
