Disgusting service from Pick n Pay

I ordered via Pick n Pay ASAP today and my order had majority of my items missing. I spoke to the driver he indicated that he was given only 1 parcel and showed me on the app. I immediately called to logde a query at 12:42. I was given a ref no.‪, and was told they will have feedback for me within 30 mins. At 16:03 I called and I was told they still trying to get hold of the store. I told the consultant they should refund my money immediately, because I will never use the Pick n Pay ASAP app. She said she will make the request while I'm on the line. She made me wait for 30 mins and ended the call without giving me any feed back. I'm disgusted by the service level.
