DISGUSTING SERVICE FROM PICK AND PAY NORWOOD

Appalling disgusting service from pick and pay Norwood. Bought a roll-on deodorant from your Norwood shop along with my usual shopping. It is defective, it is empty. Took it back and I am told after producing the receipt I am told that it's not from their store and refused to give me an exchange or refund me even though it's on the receipt. Is this how you treat a customer that has spent tens of thousands in your store. Have it your way, will take my money elsewhere. Goodbye from a pick and pay customer for decades. I hope you carry on producing poor results. everyone knows you are not what you used to be, and this is a very good reason. GOODBYE
