Disgusting service

I ordered groceries to be delivered with instructions of the company I work for it's in big letters as one drives on the main road, the driver called me 4xs I could not answer but the reason why I put notes is because I could not answer I do that often with checkers, then I noticed undelivered, I all the driver the poepol yes his an idiot tells me I know the shop but you can re-order, and pick n Pay as big a retail. Store are dumb idiots they refund back to your card which takes 3-5days it's not month end it's four days I have not got my refund this is not the first time oh mam ****** send your statement, why can your not refund on the app like checkers and your drivers are idiots don't tell me it's contractors because checkers also contract your conpany is useless every single time I was dissapointed you are ripping people
