Disgusting service

I placed an order on pick n pay ASAP yesterday only to receive a tray of eggs where 15 were cracked, items missing and a driver who didn’t take care when putting the bags on the ground! This is my 2nd complaint in the past month and pick n pay hasn’t even given me feedback regarding my 1st

This is unacceptable
