Disgusting service

15mins ago I was at PicknPay liquor in Promenade mall. I was looking for Strettons Tripple Berry which I found at R144. 90 on the shelf. When I got to the tills it scanned R179.90. The cashier politely calls for floor support which wasn't available for a good 60seconds until I went to look for him. He firstly shouted at me saying :ITS YOU THAT CHANGE OR MOVE PRICES HERE. I then ask him what does he mean and why is he accusing me of such. I then showed him where the Strettons are and he must show me is the price for the Tripple Berry.. To my surprise it wasn't there and he still continued shouting at me that why didn't I ask if the price isn't there. I then ask for a manager because clearly the gentlemen wasn't looking to assist. The manager gets to the till and he told me in my face that I am not getting the bottle for that price and that's final. I then asked him as well why isnt there a price for the Tripple Berry and where is the Strettons for R144. 90 because the shelf is full of Strettons but the ones I'm looking for is not available and yet the price is still on the shelf. The type of treatment I received from PicknPay one would swear I owe them millions of rands. It is utterly disgusting to be treated with so much disrepect and made a laughing stock because the securities by the door were enjoying the show from the staff of PicknPay. The managers name is Henry, I asked for his Surname and he said its Oliver.. In all honesty I don't trust that. On a monthly basis I spend +-R2500 on groceries but after todays incident I am clearly considering going where myoney and myself will be treated with dignity and respect.
